Delivery Time
We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the same day if placed before 12pm (AEDT). Orders made after 12pm will be shipped the next working day.
We use both Australia Post Express & Australia Post parcel (standard) depending on which option you choose.
Express is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

*These are DHL Express & Australia Post times for metro/city areas. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or delivery outside metro areas. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are shipped the same day that are made before 12pm for Australia orders and 10am for all NZ & International orders Monday to Friday. Orders made after these times will be shipped the next working day.
DELIVERY & ORDER COST
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). The currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency. The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD). This is a NO SIGNATURE delivery service.
ORDER TRACKING
We use DHL for all international deliveries, which is an express worldwide service and fully trackable. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.
