Every time I come into the Chaddy store the staff are so lovely and helpful! I wanted to return a top which was too big it was way out of the set time plus I had forgotten if actually worn it ( mental menopause) the girls were so lovely & we’re going to let me until you could see if worn it which I completely forgotten about. I was so embarrassed but the didn’t make me like a total scum bag like I actually felt like and THIS is how you retain customers !!! In a world were you can buy clothes anywhere it’s how people make you feel ! Your staff are genuinely sweet & kind & that’s so important when it’s so a “cool” brand well done !!
