 SHIPPING UPDATE

We are business as normal but please be aware of Australia Post delays across the network due to stage 4 restrictions in VIC which are out of our control. A large number of parcels are being sent to NSW for sorting before heading back to their destination in VIC so please don't be alarmed if you see you parcel has been scanned in NSW, it'll come back. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of your parcel, and if it is delayed please call Australia Post to get an expected delivery date. Hope everyone is safe & well x

We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 11am (AEST). All orders placed after 11am will be shipped within 24 hours. 

AUSTRALIA

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you spend over $150!

Orders under $150 are a flat rate charge of $10 for express shipping or $6 for standard shipping. 

Delivery time

We use Australia Post Express & Standard depending on which option you choose. Express is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas - Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days. 

 Express & Standard Post is a NO SIGNATURE delivery service.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.


NEW ZEALAND 

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $200!

Orders under $200 are a flat rate charge of $15 for express shipping 

Delivery time

All New Zealand & International orders are sent standard with DHL and should be received within 1-5 business days.  

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with DHL.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are charged at rate charge of $20 for express shipping.

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with our chosen provider.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

Please note SOUTH.ST does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. SOUTH.ST will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will SOUTH.ST accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions.

SOUTH.ST is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

PRE ORDERS

Pre order shipping dates are an estimate only due to a number of factors being out of our control. If your order contains other items which aren't pre order, they will be shipped all together once the pre order arrives. If you'd like your items shipped separately please make separate orders.

The cost of all shipping provided on the SOUTH.ST site is not a reflection of customer return shipping costs from both AUS or international destinations. It is the full responsibility of the customer to fund the cost of return shipping and is not under any circumstance covered by SOUTH.ST.
